My husband and I were extremely pleased with the quality of service we received at this clinic. We are part time residents in North Carolina so our regular vet is in Atlanta. We received a recommendation about this clinic from a friend and decided to try it, initially because we needed to have our dog's teeth cleaned, but also because we wanted to discuss with the vet our repeated problems with her scratching/licking, without sustained positive outcomes. We really liked Dr. Homolka. He has many years of experience, is friendly but is also a no-nonsense kind of guy who treats you like an intellectual equal. I really appreciate that, as it keeps you on your toes as he draws on his blackboard and explains the science of the problem. But what you find is that you trust his judgement and his recommendations for treatment.
Not only that, but for those of you who live in urban areas like Atlanta you will find that the prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I am actually considering switching my primary veterinary care to Dr. Homolka and having my Atlanta vet as my backup.

I called early in the morning with an emergency and the staff told me to come in ASAP. I was helped by the vet tech, as the Doctor was unavailable. We were extremely happy with the care our dog received and the staff was very attentive. The charges were very fair and I will continue to support the Cashiers Village Vet.
