I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They also take the exra time if needed. My Princess requires extra time due to her breed being more sensitive to some medications. They also take time to care for the animals while they are being treated.

No, they were very calm and understanding

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
