They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.

I have brought all my dogs to Dr. Corbett since 1990. His extensive knowledge of animals as well as his unparalleled skill in surgery has made me a devoted client. The office staff is always helpful and maintain a very professional office. I highly recommend Alosta Animal Hospital to anyone who wants the best care for their animal.

I feel so lucky to have Alosta Animal Hospital around, because I feel if they weren't, I wouldn't have my little baby Charger with me. She started choking really bad last night, and the first thing I did was call Alosta, and they told me to come right away. They did some emergency procedure, and now my little Charger is back to new! They gave me suggestions on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I really appreciate everything they've done for me and my baby. And not to mention, the fees were definitely reasonable. God Bless Alosta Animal Hospital.

The whole experience has been excellent. It started with an emergency call from us that our cat was squashed in the garage door. We were told to come in immediately. So we did, Dr. White was wonderful, and our bill was very reasonable. When we discovered the damaged tail, again, we were seen that day. We had the weekend to decide what to do. Dr. Oliver is the Best. She helped us figure out the best and most economical way to get the procedure done. Thank you for all your compassionate care, and great advice. We'll see you next time, but hopefully on not emergency circumstances.
