I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The Lady at the Desk is Rude. I waited for 3 hours. Then was subjected to a doctor, Emmanuel Joseph, that was clearly pissed off that I and the 5 other patients brought to the back were there. He ran in and out of my room, and would not listen to the very reason I was there. At one point he exited the room, while rolling his eyes, in the middle of me trying to explain the problem that brought me there. I was told my prescriptions had been called in to the pharmacy down stairs, but they had just closed. When I returned to the pharmacy the next day around noon, they still had not pulled the calls in which the prescription was, so it had not been filled and there was a 2 hour wait time. I went back up stairs to find that 2 of the prescriptions had not made it with the call, but had been printed out, and was waiting for me to return to pick them up. I'd have not even known they were there, if I'd merely assumed that when they said they'd been called in, that they actually were. Then one prescription was not on either. I then have to deal with the Rude lady at the front desk numerous times, and eventually because they are indignant at the fact that I am upset, refused to issue the prescription to treat the primary reason for my visit. I am forced to use this rude, and incompetent group of people by Tolbert Claimant Fund, which will pay for treatment at no other facility. Horrendous!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
