I have been going to this veterinarian for around 10 years and my mother and family have used them for another 7 or 8 before that. They are the best at getting all the needs of the pet addressed and are wonderful with customer service. I recommend them to everyone I know here in Jacksonville and they never disappoint.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
