They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures and knew more was available if ever needed. we love branch's staff,office and will continue to take our 5 dogs,one cat, lots of goats, and many cows to them for years to come. system gave them 3 stars,but really they are a 5 star provider to us!

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Dr. Branch and his staff go out of their way to make both you and your pet feel at ease.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.
