Doris has been our veterinarian for about 7 or 8 years now, and we appreciate her knowledge care and concern for our furry,scaley,and feathered family members. Doris and her team make our pets (all animals) their primary top concern. Doris had done a amputation on one of our dogs, and the incision came open through no fault of her own, our dog bit Doris while she was trying to put him under to repair the damage, unfortunatly he did not survive wasnt enough time to get it closed. When talking with Doris and staff, I was touched and the news was easier to handle because both Doris and her staff was quit emotional, they were crying - that meant alot to me that they cared that much for a animal that they had just met. Doris made no complaint about our dog biting her, he was a rotweiler and I know from experiance that their bites hurt bad. Their love for the animal species is obvious and they place theyre care above all else, they are not out for money. They listen to you and answere any and all questions. They go out of their way to make sure that our pets are getting the best care possible , without makeing it too hard financially.We now live about 2 or so hours from her office , but the trip and gas money it takes , is well worth it.

Sometimes when I have called with a question or concern, the secretary made me feel stupid for calling and once even laughed at me over the phone. For that specific issue, we ended up taking the problem to another vet clinic and the vet there confirmed our diagnoses and gave the proper medication which treated the animals.
The vet at All Creatures, however, does take my concerns seriously. But, we have had to persuade the secretary that I have an important concern that needs the vets attention. However, the staff there is friendly and welcoming when you walk in. The secretary there has been our only issue.
