I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my pet's well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get my pet in quickly every time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Let me just say that this business is in a safe area . I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate to my schedule. They are open on most Saturdays which makes getting my pet to the office simple with a hectic work week.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

They answered my questions and spent time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. This veterinarian was nice when my pet was there seems that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I eventually found a spot pretty much right away I wish they had more convenient parking available. I DIDNT NOTICE IF THEY WERE OR WERE NOT HANICAP ACCCESSABLE,, DIDNT APPLY TO ME DIDNT REALLY PAY ATTENTION SORRY . I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average.
