Dr Friedly and Ion are wonderful. I have had him as a vet for 20 years and will keep using him as my vet. He has a connection with my animals; he gets down on the floor with them. He always answers all my questions and is available to answer others if I think of them later. Ion is a great receptionist; very helpful and welcoming, while maintaining a professional attitude. Dr Friedly has always helped my animals whether as a regular vet or as a naturopath. The office is not hard to locate. I will absolutely return. As far as I am concerned, he is the best vet in Colorado Springs and I have been to many over the years here.

I went to this vet when we thought my daschaund was going to be paralyzed for life, only option was expensive surgery and a poor prognosis! Dr Friedly gave Ziggy his legs back and he's not only walking again, he's RUNNING! I would trust him with Ziggy's life ANYTIME and have recommed him to friends/family! He gave my dog is reason to live back! They are so caring and compassionate, they worked with me if I did't have the money for the treatment right way because they didn't want Ziggy to go without a treatment! Ion was awesome as well! They both showed great compassion for my baby and I will never forget what they have done for him!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
