They are always flexible when it comes to walk in appointments. They're very good about answering any questions or concerns I have, even if they may seems dumb.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet.
