Is a GREAT! humanitarian She is the very embodiment of the word humanitarian. I am a resident in Albuquerque and Dr. Johnson is the only veterinarian who would even talk to me. I had a very sick Siberian Husky puppy he could not poop. I called, it felt like every vet in alb. and did not get past the receptionist. Dr. Johnson got the phone and gave me advise over the phone, and also directed me to the animal humane clinic. They would not help me without neither. I was very stressed about my puppy. I call back to ponderosa animal hospital at 4:45 pm per her instructions.She had me try a few more home stool softeners, and ask me to call back the next day. So I called back the next day and she had me take my puppy in at 5:00 pm, closing time, for an exam. Dr. Johnson called the animal humane clinic her self but they would not take my puppy, so Dr. Johnson accepted the little money I had at the time with out ask for it. Dr. Johnson did what she had to to try to save my puppy, he is still fighting for his life he will make it I won't contemplate other wise, and Dr. Johnson has not asked me for money, but I will pay what I can. You see Dr. Johnson is just concerned about this puppies life as I am God bless you Dr. and thank you so so so very much I am in you debt.

I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. .

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Yes
Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
