Metz Medical is an example of what every service business should be. The staff are polite, informed, helpful and caring. They bend over backwards to meet my every need. They answer every question completely and in a way I can understand. They are so reasonable with the cost. When they have to bill me for my annual deductible, they always allow me to spread out the total amount over several months so that I can stay within my budget. These folks are the greatest!

It was very easy to get a convenient appointment right away. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly. I was so happy with my appointment! I'll be telling friends and family about this good experience. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their staff is among the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Been a customer for many years and I love all that work there, they are my extended family. When my husband passed they were so loving and help this older lady feel safe in their hands. There will never be another like Metz, hands down best ever. Kevin thank you and the entire family there for being there for me!!!
