Billing office runs behind and when you call, they tell you it is because insurance has not processed it, yet when you go on line to your insurance company and review the claims they have all been paid on time. It has been three months since my wife got a bill....they have been behind before and try to bill you for several months at a time. I found out you had better put all the service dates on the check or you may be surprised with this delayed billing crap. Unfortunately at this time they have my wife's oxygen. My oxygen comes from another company and you could darn near mark you calendar when the bill will get here each month.

I used them because it was who my Home Health provider used. The supplies/equipment was delivered to the home quickly but getting them to pick it up was another story. They are not responsive at all. They deliver things multiple times, get the paperwork all messed up and then you can't get them back out to pick it up. You call, they say they are going to pick up and you never hear from them again. You call again and again and never see them. I don't know if they are billing the insurance so they don't want to pick up and lose the money or what the heck their problem is but if I have to make a choice for a medical supply company it will NOT be RHEMA. My Mom went from Home Health to Hospice and so Hospice reissued all the equipment. They were contacted several times by Hospice to pick up their supplies and they never came. I am "still" waiting for them to pick up their supplies and my Mom was on Hospice for a month and a half and passed away on 12/19. It is now 1/10. It is not a great reminder each day that I look at that wheelchair I will tell you that.

We were directed here to purchase a nebulizer. We told them from the beginning we wanted to purchase one paying cash because insurance would not pay. They delivered it to our house which was strange but they told us that is how they operate. They did not give us a bill. Instead, they have been trying to collect for the rental of the machine. We called them after a month to find out where our statement was. They said in the mail. We called after 3 months and realizing they were renting the machine we asked to purchase. They have been trying to collect from our insurance company by renting the machine. We have hasseled with them trying to buy the machine. We have been told several times all was settled but we keep getting rental bills. The bills even stopped for several months but start again. This company is a pain to deal with. I suggest going to Kroger pharmacy or another pharmacy. They won't try to make you pay rental fees. They make much more on a rental than you paying for it. With 3 people in the house with asthma, we knew from the beginning this would be a purchase. We have the records and will gladly provide proof of this fraudulent company. We even called our insurance company and wanted to file for insurance fraud.
