Their staff was friendly but were terrible at followup. I have a device out for warranty service and I have left 6 calls over a 2 1/2 month period that have all gone unanswered. I would never suggest that anyone go to this place to do business.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I ordered an abdominal binder for a 160 pound woman, but was sent one that was way too big. Now I have to send it back. Someone wan't thinking.

I have been a customer of Midwest Med. for 5 years, Starting this last November 2011, they began forgetting to place my orders (waiting 8 days with no product). The next month I received only half of my order. They have new Respiratory Specialist, who are rude and out and out lie!! This week (5/29/12) was the last straw. I ordered my supplies on a Wednesday and it had not arrived the following Wednesday ( I order every month) When I called Jessica she said she would take care of it. The following day I did not here from her. I called and was told that she had left a message with her boss. I asked if she could resend my supplies and I was told they were "all out of stock"...mind you I ordered 5 different items.......it is now Thursday afternoon and have not heard from them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called RELIABLE Medical in BROOKLYN PARK. I will use them from now on.
