I called at 09:00am today Monday Jan 6th, 2014. The oxygen machine I have failed and I needed a new one. The young lady on the phone said that they would have someone to me between 03:00pm and 06:00pm this day. After further review she stated that she was going to have someone in my area earlier so she would have him call me with a time. It was after 01:30pm when I called back to follow-up. The young lady stated she would call the driver and get back to me. After a while the driver called me and said that he didn't even look at the ticket when she gave it to him that he just put it in the back of his pile and that he had been and gone from my area. He said he would try and get to me today but wasn't sure. He also informed me they had regular runs to my area on Thursday and Friday if that was okay. After he told me this I asked if I could go to there shop and swap it out myself, he said he would have to find out and get back to me which he did and said it would be fine. This is my complaint: you had a serviceman at my house on 12/13, I told him about the problem (the alarm was sounding for no apparent reason) he told me to wait till it failed completely because the unit that would replace this one was a rebuilt model and there was no guarantee it wouldn't fail as well. So I took his advice and what do I get? I get a kid that doesn't route himself, he just goes from one ticket to the next and a company that doesn't jump through hoops to see that the customer gets what he needs. This is oxygen so I don't die in my sleep and since I don't have a backup I'll just have to roll the dice because I'm too dizzy today to drive the 16 miles to replace the one I have. I think you guys could do better.

No, but they said they were going to!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No, my decisions were always respected

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Yes

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Yes, it was downright irritating!

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day
