They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found i.

Is after the NVCC and next to the cancer hospital/clinic at the left side.
Not excesive prices.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
