Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Our rescued/foster kitten's ear was tipped without our permission, and we are now finding it difficult to place him.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Yes, I was left alone too long

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
They can perform basic procedures, but not really complicated ones

They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. This veterinarian was so compassionate with my pet. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They also have a discounted shot clinic on Tuesdays and Sundays... Very affordable.

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.
