They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
