Not at all! They were out of everything and I had to go somewhere else

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I have been here many times most the times I've been here I wasn't too pleased with some of the staff but always pleased with the doctors but this time its was not the case. This was a different doctor I've never seen her before my daughter and I truly felt like she was unconcerned about what was going on with our dog. He began to bleed and it could not be stopped so she decided he needed to be sedated well she left to get the medication and didnt return until about 30 minutes later to make a long story short her assistant was more concerned with the well being of my dog then she was. She waited so long to do surgery the bleeding had stopped you can clearly tell she didn't want to be bothered anyway and told us we could come back for her to do the biopsy when she has a full staff so I guess all the people we thought was working there were not staff aeven though they were cleary working there and I forgot to mention she decided this after she had given him medication to sedate him for the surgery she decided not to do it because he wasn't bleeding anymore and she couldn't see where to tie the bleed off. We left with medication a piece of paper that states if we have an emergency we can also go to emergency clinic which is about 2 hours each way I live 5 miles away from the hospital. Well left with more questions than answers and by the time we got home he was bleeding again to make a long story short I wont go back to this place again if that doctor is present but I must say I gave it one star because of the assistant ill call her j. I will give her 10 stars if I could!

My cat was recently euthanized at this hospital and I have never met more compassionate people. I was not even charged for this service. I will tell my story far and wide!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
