When you get your bill, watch all the lines. The first time, they charged unexpected cost even i didn't ask emergency visit. Today, it was the same. They didn't ask to me nor I didn't ask to do wellness test but they charged without notification just like the same amount as well the first time $46.00 and put medical waste disposal charges. My pet didn't do any operation and she did take a heart worm test. Of fourse, they charged laboratory fee. I asked about bill to cashier. She said that's different. I knew that's why I asked. Anyway, look very careful your bill.

This is a very nice, friendly and clean clinic. We were very ahppy with the stqaff and the care out dog received. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
