They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Was recommended to go to this vet. Our 12 yr old Westie, had started peeing inside our home. I'm a RN and figured it was diabetes. Took a urine specimen there, they charged $29 for a urinanalysis. Instead of him asking me what was wrong or what did I want to know, he basically told me I could spend $200 for a complete blood workup. Well, I'm not an idiot, and didn't want to be treated like one. If I wanted to be spoken down too, I could go to a regular MD. What about taking the time to figure out what the customer needs, not just just patronizing a client, because you're the educated VMD. Anyway, I hope anyone that reads this avoid this place. The total visit cost $75 for him to tell me what I already suspected and for him to tell me that I could spend $200 for a complete blood test. She's 12 yrs old and probably terminal, so what is the blood test results gonna do to improve her life, nothing.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
