They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I have been taking my pets here for 7 years. Our animals are family and DOC's recognizes that. They treat us and our pets with kindness and compasion. Dr's Cheney and Haebler are thoughtful and relentless when it comes to diagnosing a problem and finding a solution. I trust them and have seen them go above and beyond on many occasions!

I was in the horrible position of putting my 15 year companion to rest. They were kind, understanding and extremely compassionate throughout the entire process. I would never wish this experience on anyone but would thoroughly recommend DOCS for any assistance.
