I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. We have lots of animals and live in Kalispell so there are many vets in our area but this office services our pets the best and is the kindest to us and our animals.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good.
