My heart goes out to the gentlemen who lost his bird, Kiwi, due to the lack of knowledge of the Vet at this clinic. He seemed very uninterested in what happened to this man's pet/family member and obviously should not be treating birds or any other animal as he does not keep himself informed on usage of different medications.
He also did not take the time to speak to the expert who later treated Kiwi, to be better informed for future treatments. I know winning the lawsuit does not make up for the loss of Kiwi, but at least someone was held accountable on behalf of Kiwi and his owner.

I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. .. I feel so sorry for the Guy on The Peoples Court. I'm sorry you lost kiwi. Sounds like she was a terrific bird! No thanks to this guy..

Check out this hospital, seems like the doc who saw his bird was inept/negligent and obviously knows nothing about BIRDS. Someone should check the veterinary credentials to see if they are valid. The link is:
