It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. Their billing person does not return phone calls, and bills for services not provided like fluoride treatments. The dental assistants drill on teeth even thought they are not licensed to do so. When the doctor asked the assistant for a tool, she said 'use this instead' . He had to ask her 4 times to get up and go get the drill head he wanted from another room. And the dentist is always in a rush to leave. Any procedure he can pawn off to his staff so he can leave earlier is done. Staff included one assistant who was untrained and incapable. Scary lack of professionalism!!
