Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they took the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. . They are extremely reliable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are so careful and meticulous.

The staff maked an effort to make me feel respected and attended to. The doctor listen to every question or concern I had. You can tell they want their patients to be as comfortable as possible. They were very considerate and professional. The equipment was impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. They dress professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

My young son had a pretty bad ingrown toenail... was referred to Dr. Tsganova by a friend - made an appointment, they took us same day, in fact a few hours later... The doctor was VERY nice, and had a great "bed side manner" with my son who was a little apprehensive about having his nail taken care of. The office staff was really nice too! Excellent experience, I would recommend this office to anyone with foot issues!

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
