They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was skeptical at first to begin therapy but after our session my partner and I felt relieved to get our problems off our chest. They really helped us to better understand the other person's point of view so we could communicate honestly and begin moving forward. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
