Dr Shapiro and his staff were extremely accommodating and very patient. The office was clean and new, the assistants were continually maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring I was comfortable. If any transplant / immuno suppressed people are looking into Dr Shapiro, I would strongly recommend him for always going above and beyond.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
