It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Whenever I try to get an appointment with them, they are almost always booked or unavailable. It's frustrating trying to work my schedule around the times they have open. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They're really not the type of psychiatrist to go above and beyond. Most of the time they don't even remember my name. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've heard of a few psychiatrists that took personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they've never done that here. Their full attention is always completely on me. They are definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I think they are the most knowledgeable, helpful psychiatrist in the field. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They've always been great about getting back to me very quickly after I call. It's never taken them more than a day to call me back. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Not at all! They were boring and outdated
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Was this provider's office too cold?
Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
