They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. All of their advice was not only unbiased, but helpful. It was nice not to have a psychologist that pushed their opinion on me, but instead genuinely wanted to help me.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I felt much more comfortable in their office when I noticed how clean it was. I can get sick kind of easily sometimes, so it was nice to see that they took the time to regularly clean and sterilize their office. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They need a much bigger selection of waiting room magazines. I know it seems like a silly thing to pick at, but having good magazines to read always makes the time go by so much faster. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Overall, Dr. McKnight is just a good person to be around and he actually listens and gives great output unlike most therapists who just say "m'hmm" to everything.
