I use to have the formerly the owner of Maria Paul hair salon in Norwood do my hair until it came out looking so unprofessional. I had her do a partial highlight and did not realize how bad it looked until I went to my regular stylist who I always had cut my hair and he pointed out how the high-light's had run and bled. The color was not even to the top of my hair growth.

My friend who had not had anyone except a previous employee do her color for years (This other girl moved on to a more chic salon) had do her hair on Tuesday- she brought a picture of what she wanted well immediately after she got home she called me crying & explained how the cut was good but thew color was so off she would have to cancel her dr. appt. for the next day. (b/c she could not go out in public with the way her hair looked upon leaving thr salon) I went to her house as soon as I got done work & althought one color was used on her hair the crown of her head was a purple color (very deep & dark) the sides were brown and the underneath of the back was flaming red. She told the lady who did her hair she was not happy with her hair nor was it the color she asked gor. The lady said she would have her come back in 3 weeks and put a darker color on free of charge. My friend explained it was way to dark already & way to deep of a red. She had asked for a strawberry blonde! 10p.m. Tueasday night I had taken her to my stylist & he was like YOU NEED CORRECTIVE COLOR! Your hair is mess. It took Jim 3 hours to fix her hair- thank god he could fix the mess the lady made of her hair. She called Above & Beyond Wed. they said Linda was in today but to come by on Thursday she would be in then. She went there today & was told they never give refunds but could give her 2 free haircuts. I don't know you but I would NEVER let anyone who can not color professionally touch my hair again. If you do not get what you ask for then a REFUND IS IN ORDER!

The owner was less helpfull with her you should of had us TRY to fix your hair. How would you fix something you did not see wrong with. It's a shame that the owner & stylist(I use that term loosely) did not reslove the problem as professionals.
I wanted to put the first & last name of the woman who messes up color not onec but at least twice but my friend asked me not to that is only reason I did not post a name.
