Uninviting decor. Unless you have your own stylist, you get what you get. I have had great cuts and some that were not too great. Great price and they are usually fairly quick. Pretty unprofessional atmosphere. Gossiping among the stylists. The largest negative is the decor..it's horrible. However, if you just want a quick hair cut for a good price, it with meet your needs.
