They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Very classy workers who really seem to love their job!

I was so impressed with the service I received. . All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and trendy with my new cut and color. I got in quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Great friendly staff! I will be returning for future services!!

I loved my experience at West 13th Salon! They have the most educated staff! I have never been treated so nicely and I will definetly be returning! The salon is adorable and the people are so friendly and smiley! It just really made me feel good to be around people like that! Reasonable prices too!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. It was very easy to get an appointment. They get me in quickly every time.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I loved that the staff didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. I've been to other salons where the staff wouldn't leave me alone, but they didn't do that here. They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments.
