They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I did hear one of the staff using foul language. Very unprofessoinal - when you call it doesn't matter who answers the phone - they always sound hurried or out of breath. I guess their clients bother them with their business.
