Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They always devote their full attention to me during my appointments. I always look forward to my appointments because somehow they go out of their way to make me feel hopeful and appreciated. It's obvious they really care about their patients. I will absolutely be going back to see them. For the first time, I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to make progress in my recovery. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I liked that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits thoroughly. I felt much more informed. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
