They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Dr. Dorn and his staff went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very caring to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. His staff members are the most friendly, welcoming people I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've recommended him to family and friends and will encourage my daughter to see him when she is of age.
