Definitely understaffed, toilet training is non-existent, they are more concerned with staffing the day room where they have several residents sitting all day..the Administrator told my sister-in-law during a dispute over billing that ' We are a business and we are in business to make a profit.' They were paid for PT by the insurance company and are still billing for 100% , and the next day my brother's special bed was removed and replaced with a standard bed. They threatened to put a lien on my 87 year old mother's house which is not in her name because we were told WE were supposed to set up everything with the state for her Medicaid medical pass--this was a punitive move because we had a lawyer draw up the paperwork instead of their financial department, and we were told point blank that it was our fault for not letting them do it, so our mother was not approved until January and the paperwork was submitted in September. We currently have our lawyer disputing an $ 8000 bill they say we owe.Don't care for the people in charge, most of the workers try to do the best they can, but they are very understaffed. It's a shame.
