My mother has been in here for 4 days. During that time she has missed at least 5 meals. They failed to bring them. She had to call me at home, so I could call and ask them to feed her as they ignored her call button for over 3 hours. She had her knee replaced and is supposed to have help getting up to use the restroom, but 9 time out of 10 she has to get up by herself and make her way to the restroom as no one answers her call button. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They forgot to take my mother in law to dinner or feed her. Care was very poor. They never followed or checked out the hospital orders for her care. Actually one of the nurses told me they are always confused on the care of their patients as they are moved around husband asked every day if they were treating her urinary track infection and her rash. They always said yes but after 5 days there I went to visit her and I asked the supervisor nurse. She pulled her chart said nothing was noted on treatments.They hadn't applied any ointments on her rash was extremely inflamed. The hospital was afraid of that so they showed me their orders and how they wanted it treated. Which came with her to this place three fountains. they never even looked at her doctor orders.I would never let anyone I cared for go here again. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.
Very few of the staff wear a name badge. so you don't know if they really even work there. I am constantly asking people their name. One person I mentioned this to said "oh yeah I lost it. I need to put a piece of tape with my name on." How does this protect our elderly from some one just walking in and abusing them?

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The facility is rundown and dirty.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. I found the staff room and four staff members were there socializing. When I explained to them that my grandmother had arrived and was waiting in the car to be admitted, one of the staff members told me she should have arrived by hospital transportation. I explained the hospital approved us to transport her. Then three nurses started arguing about how to bring her into the facility. I explained she just needed a wheelchair and some help. After some more argument among the staff, finally they brought a wheelchair and helped grandma into it. There was cups of urine on the counter and the facility looked dirty and rundown. They showed us her room and it was tiny, dark and depressing. They left us there without helping grandma into the bed. They didn't have the admission paperwork available. We decided to take grandma out of there and didn't check in. My overall impression is that grandma would not receive a bare minimum of care, and the facility was chaotic, dirty and depressing.
