Unfortunately the place is very deceiving. It looks clean, it is newly renovated and the staff looks and seems nice but they do not work together and are extremely unorganized. We have to go in Breakfast, lunch and dinner to make sure our loved one is being cared for. The first few days even after all the complaints they forgot to take him for breakfast (we sat in room to see what would happen and they never came. A therapist showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes after breakfast and could not believe it) and then after that forgot him for dinner! CNA's and nurses throw supplies on floors, do not shave the men unless you ask and the list goes on and on. Went in with perfect feet, within three days had blown up feet, two days later no pulses and blood clot in foot after two times a day informing nursing staff!
