I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

My brother was there for seven months and I found the nursing care efficient, but the attitudes of other employees unfriendly. Also, on the patient floor there was always an odor. I had disputes with the billing office several times, and NONE of them were friendy or professional.
