I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

Currently a family member is a resident. The staff such as nurses administrator etc are very unprofessional. You can complain all you want and get no where. Very neglecting to their patients. Will ignore you for long time when call for help. Extremely rude and will not think twice of bad mouthing you. Staff (Esp. the NURSES) will give you false name to mislead you and cover their a**. The staff does not check in on patients at all! Leave patient soiled and very bad ordor in the room soon as you enter. when asked when was the patient changed right away they are trained to say, "JUST A FEW MINUTES AGO". Bunch of crap! Very good a lying. Also, false documentation nurse's log book when enter the patient room to check on. They would not check on patient for hours and state were just in there and would log it in their notes (liers!). We would be present in the room for over 3 hours. A family memebers we would do total care. Bath, mouth care, body, hair, clean face etc. Don't rely on someone else to care for your love one. Only you can gave the proper care and loving care to them. This STAFF is too busy sitting around in their station socailizing. We are trying to find another facility to accomendate our family member needs. DON'T TRUST THE STAFF. TRUST YOUR INSTINGS.
