It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I got a few answers here and there to my questions, but it was scattered and confusing. I left wishing I had gotten more information. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me.

I have a parent there, She has a medical condition. She is being given pain killers when she has frequent abdominal pains. The nurse has been asked to inform the physician but she never receive feedback or visit from the doctor.
