My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They are very short staffed, When the new company took over Many good nurses were let go, They were needed. so the patient care for my mom suffered,

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
