Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

We met with the "Intake Coordinator" and she indicated that no person who is incontinent, has sundown syndrome or is at risk of falling is eligible for admittance to Hannah Duston. Is this a resort or a nursing facility? She also mentioned that the woman who would be sharing a room with my mother steals items all the time. Where is the privacy for the residents? Finally, we looked at the staff and many including the intake coordinator were smokers who tried to cober up their habit with over perfuming. Just not appropriate for a healthcare center.
