Very disappointed. There are a group of excellent workers that are being brought down by others that are there because it is a job. The sad part is the ones that don't care are running the ship. I am concern for the patients in their care. I notice the patients that need little assistance seem to be well liked but the ones that truely need their help are considered a chore. They are left feeling sad and in the way. I see alot of staff just hanging around chatting. Groups gathers while families run around getting sheets and doing the jobs the staff should be doing. I see a family member changing her loved one because no one will attend to the loved one because it is lunch time. so he sits in his own human waist till his wife takes care. I feel for this family and want to lend a hand but know it is not my place. I hope this is not what the care system has come to. I pray I never have to go to a place like this.

Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was this senior care facility's staff friendly?
Not one bit
Did the staff at this senior care facility seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

What a nightmare! The Charge Nurse at night is a crazy Indian woman who can barely speak English. When you try to get any kind of info. from her she knows nothing and when you try to get her to take accountability for anything she plays dumb and talks in circles I have never seen such incompetence in my life!
But one thing I do know she cares about is her shiny black Lexus in the parking lot. At night she moves it to the handicapped spot in front of the side entrance. If only she cared that much about the patients in her care.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
