Not really, it wasn't very clean

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

I would like to thank the staff for taking such good care of my Mother during her stay. She loves them all. The way they joke and laugh with her. Eork with her to go to therapy, and respect her in every way. I thank you all for making Geargtown a wonderful home to be in.
The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
