Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. An extremely positive environment that is great for healing the mind, body and soul. I highly recommend. They are now part my extended family in my book!

I trust almost no one as much as I trust Dr. Sams. He is more than professional and kind. He can always pin point exactly where my problem is, and I always leave his table feeling like I'm on my way to wellness. I've been to many chiropractors before and felt like they just went through the same routine with me that they did with everyone. Dr. Sams is very specific and gets to the heart of my issue immediately. Even though I live in Iowa, and his practice moved to Branson several years ago, anytime I'm anywhere near him I make sure to get an appointment. I can't find anyone else who cares about my specific needs like he does. MO, you're lucky to have him!

One thing I didn't like, was that they didn't update me at all about how I was progressing, or where I was at in the recovery process. I went in to my appointments with no idea about how long I would have to keep coming, or how soon I would be fully recovered. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
