The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens.
