I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Yes! It was effortless!

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

I am always greeted when I arrive and I will absolutely return. I appreciate that they are always more than happy to answer my questions. haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. Their primary concern is my eye health, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I might perhaps recommend them to someone who needed an ophthalmologist in the area, but I feel like it might be worth it to try someone new. The chairs in the waiting room weren’t really anything to rave about, they were pretty average and slightly uncomfortable.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer and should've known what they were doing.
