Never, they are very reliable.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.
